I wanted to write this book because after the recent spotlight on our $200 a fortnight grocery budget there was so many questions about specifics. I was getting questions daily from people asking me about what meat I buy, where I shop, what our meal plans look like, and how do we still manage to eat cheese platters and pizza.
I’ve decided to put (almost) everything I’ve learnt over the last few years of living frugally into one easy to read book PDF downloadable ebook.
People think that we must be missing out, eating a huge amount of carbs, or be terribly unhealthy. I’m here to tell you that I’ve never felt healthier, mind, body and soul, I’ve never been so inspired to cook and eat and I absolutely love the variety. It’s all about balance.
In this book I have provided my shopping guidelines, the things that we choose to save on and splurge on, where we do our shopping and how we plan our meals over the fortnight.
I have included a fortnight meal plan with recipes so it’ll be a breeze. As well as a thorough ingredients list than can be used as a grocery list.
